Feeling Teehee
I have been to the point in my life where I really wanted to stop. I wanted to give up on everything because I think, everything is falling out of its place. I was just a simple person before with simple life, reading novels and blogs that will help me with my life. Other than that, I met someone in my life that changed it. A friend in some university which made me quit something. Before, I was a dreamer, someone with big dreams, to be someone bigger than what I am right now. Why? simply because of a Bully that I met 5 years ago. I know that forgetting that person is the best way, but I believe that being a better person and showing him that I can do better after all the curse words he told me, will be the best revenge that I can think off. I want to see him after several years that I am better. Not because he let me down. But because I wanted him to take his words back, that I am nothing. That I am worthless. I believe that every person created by God is worthy. And that is what I really wanted to prove to him. That he is nothing to say to me that I am worthless.

Strawberry Sundae Recipe for Summmmeeeerr
For the BASE. Or Should I say, the ICE CREAM:
- 300 G STRAWBERRIES
- 15 CL WHIPPING CREAM, COLD
- 90 G GRANULATED SUGAR
- 20 CL MINERAL WATER
- FOR THE COULIS:
- 250 G STRAWBERRIES
- 1 LEMON, JUICE
PREPARATION
1. To prepare the coulis: wash and hull the strawberries. Cut into pieces in the bowl of a food processor. Add lemon juice and process until thick consistency.2. Prepare the strawberry ice cream: pour mineral water and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minuteson low heat. Remove from heat and let cool.3. Wash, dry and hull the strawberries. Put in the bowl of a blender with the cooled syrup. Mix until a fine purée. Pour into an ice cream maker and process for 30 minutes.4. Whip the cream into chantilly. When the ice cream process is over, pour it into a bowl and fold gently the chantillycream.5. Divide the ice crean into glasses alternating with strawberry coulis and serve immediately.
